A woman from the Hudson Valley won $ 1 million from a gift from her neighbor.

Highland’s Donna Croshier claimed her first New York Lottery first prize of $ 1,000,000 on the $ 1,000,000 bonus payout scratch ticket last week, according to State Lottery officials. New York.

The ticket was purchased at the Hannaford at Bridge View Plaza on Route 9W in Highland. With the earnings, Croshier wants to switch to part-time work and take a nice vacation. She will also thank her neighbor.

“I would love to take a vacation and then move on to part-time,” Croshier told New York State lottery officials. “I would also like to thank my neighbor who gave me the ticket.”
