Accès Assurance Auto offers the following coverage options:

If you cause an accident, your liability insurance coverage will pay for injuries and property damage to others up to specified limits. Almost every state in the United States requires their drivers to have at least bodily injury (BI) liability coverage and minimal property damage (PD) liability coverage.

In Arizona, the minimum state coverage is $15,000 for personal injury, $30,000 for full BI coverage in the event of an accident, and $10,000 for property damage per accident.

In Indiana, the minimum state coverage is $25,000 for personal injury per injured person, $50,000 total BI for one accident, and $10,000 for property damage per accident.

At Access Auto Insurance, comprehensive insurance for your car will generally include minimum liability coverage in addition to collision and comprehensive coverage to protect your own car in the event of an accident.

Collision and comprehensive coverage will pay for damage to your car up to the actual cash value of the car minus your deductible. Although collision coverage applies if you are involved in an accident with another car or object, comprehensive coverage provides protection for non-collision damage such as theft, vandalism, or a dropped object, such as a tree.

These types of insurance are not required by the state, but your lender will require you to purchase them if you have a car loan. Additionally, while most traditional insurers extend your personal policy’s collision/cascade coverage to rental cars for personal use, Access Auto Insurance makes it clear that its coverage will not cover rental cars.

Medical payments are optional coverage that will pay for your injuries up to a specified limit if you are involved in an accident.

Uninsured motorist coverage will cover your medical expenses or property damage repairs up to a certain limit if an uninsured person is responsible for the accident.

Underinsured motorist coverage will pay for your injuries or car repairs if the accident was caused by the other party and they don’t have enough insurance coverage to pay the expenses.

Although uninsured and underinsured motorist coverages are not legally required in Indiana and Arizona, insurance companies must offer these coverages to customers. If you do not wish to purchase these covers, you may refuse them in writing.

Access Auto Insurance Roadside Assistance coverage will pay up to $100 per occurrence and a maximum of two occurrences per policy term for emergency roadside services, such as towing, battery starting, or delivery gasoline.

Access Auto Insurance’s Lease Reimbursement Coverage is an optional add-on that will pay $25 per day for up to 30 days for a rental vehicle if your car is in the shop for covered repairs.

Access Auto Insurance can help you with your SR-22 filing if you have a DUI or displacement violations on your record and are required by the state to carry this certificate for a specified period of time. It is important to remember that SR-22 is not insurance but proof of insurance and is tied to a driver and not a vehicle. You will still need to purchase additional auto insurance with an SR-22.

However, if you don’t own a car and purchase an SR-22 from a non-owner through Access Auto Insurance, it usually comes with minimal bodily injury liability coverage and coverage for property damage. It will not include collision coverage.
